I conducted my subject matter interview on Friday, February 2nd with leadership, management and team building consultant Chris Howe. A former Navy Seal, Chris works with athletic programs at all levels as well as corporate teams to educate, enhance, and improve their teamwork, management, and leadership skills. Although he did not start the company he works for, he goes into great detail about their innovative style towards consulting and how they have taken their knowledge/ previous experience and reapplied it to the civilian sector. He also discusses the innovative ways that they grow as a company.
