This is my SME interview conducted with Josh Oudeh, COO of Innovative Solutions Unlimited, LLC. Innovative Solutions, which is also referred to as InSolves in the audio is a company that specializes in manufacturing and commodity purchasing. Innovative Solutions has shifted from a well-known staff augmentation company to becoming a reputable manufacturing company. Josh has played a key role in this shift and opens up with some advice on project management and being the lead of Operations.

Tyler Overman is an accountant for the Office of Sponsored Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Tyler works with departments on campus who’s research has  been funded from a wide range of sources.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Program Manager at the Department of Defense, Chiffon Watkins. I was, in particularly, interested in interviewing her because I intend to include a program manager in my personnel plan. I feel a program manager will play an intricate part in my startup.
