Andrew McManus is a business consultant and is currently Operations Manager of E-Flow Development Group, which consists of multiple businesses. I had the opportunity to interview Jennifer Bernshausen, the store manager for the Romano’s Macaroni Grill in Ramstein, Germany. She has been actively hiring personal for 8 years and has been part of the restaurant industry and training staff her entire life.
