Cohort 9 Interview with Joseph Rogers
Joseph Rogers, currently making his life in Charlotte, N.C., was born in Sierra Leone, Africa and has made a circuitous route to his current residence. At age 8, he left his home country and landed in San Francisco, C.A. where he stayed for several years before moving to New Jersey and finally landing in North Carolina.
Though our conversation was brief, I was left inspired by his work ethic and commitment to the underprivileged youth of his community. It’s always a pleasure to meet a fellow human committed to making this world a better place for those less fortunate. Best of luck, Joseph!
