Identifying your target market: I had the privilege to Interview founder of Problemio.com (Alex Genadinik) website and apps that helps entrepreneurs create stronger companies that succeed.
I had the pleasure of sitting down with David Wessell, founder of Ringfree Communications in Hendersonville, NC for a chat about his experience as an entrepreneur. I’ve worked with David for a few years now as his client and can say with confidence that his vision and determination should be an inspiration to entrepreneurs everywhere.
Ringfree has developed a Voice-Over-IP (VOIP) phone system with a high emphasis on customer service. While most of their competitors are resellers of someone else’s technology, Ringfree writes the software that controls the user experience. This puts them in a unique position to react quickly to client requests and differentiates them in a significant way.

What is the one lesson you learned as an entrepreneur?
Describe your background.
I graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with a BS in Telecommunications, a minor in Leadership, and a specialization in News. I’ve held several short-term positions (internships and volunteer work) for everything from a large-scale corporation to a small start-up. In February of 2013 I packed up, moved to New York City and accepted my first full time role as a Digital Sales Assistant at Rodale, Inc.
