Martha Howard, sales guru and inspiring leader at the Biltmore Estate take a few minutes out of her busy day to give us some tips and inspiration on sales strategies.
A little about Martha in her own words. I am currently the National Group Sales Manager at Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina, I previously helped develop a Destination Management Company, and evolved into the Executive Director. My background has always been in the hospitality arena centered around sales and customer service. I have a solid work history of 25+ years while steadily developing a track record of stellar success. My career has led me to various types of premier resorts, from a 5 star European-style hotel, to a secluded island retreat, to a historical mountain destination. I thrive on the art of the sale.
