Robert A. Hicks currently lives in Western North Carolina with his wife and daughter. He is a Vice President with TD Bank, is a Special Assets Officer in the South Mountain Region of North Carolina and is responsible for substandard commercial loan “work out” efforts. Specific duties include corporate bankruptcy filings, asset liquidation and foreclosure, coordination of civil litigation, collections/loss mitigation and recovery of financial institution losses. He is also enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship Program at Western Carolina University.
