Dave and Kathryn left high-end contractor and attorney jobs in New York to start Prodigal Farm in Durham, NC. Prodigal Farm has a goat herd, and with its licensed cheese dairy facility, makes delicious goat cheese. They also work their productive garden and make bread, preserves, and other food products.
